Cooling Tunnel range from small low-heat products to large high-heat products. They adapted high-performance convection or radiation cooling with zone control that give optimum results modified to the customer’s specific requirements.
Small chocolate cooling tunnel can be used in production of handmade chocolate. It can form a chocolate enrobing line with MM30 or MM60 which is with an enrobing belt.
